Happy Black History Month! I recently joined New York Women in Communications for a Q&A. As a marketing communications executive, I’m very honored to serve on the board of #NYWICI with an emphasis on scholarship and education.

As many of you may know, Black women are the most educated group of people in this country and we continue to thrive in all aspects of education.

As an immensely proud fourth generation college graduate and as a New York University professor, education is instrumental to my success.
